Meet the Doctors

  • Ryan L. Moulds

    Dr. Ryan L. Moulds is a Florida native who attended St. Petersburg Junior College and Troy State University before receiving his doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College in 2001.

    After opening a practice in Naples, Florida, Dr. Moulds moved to Pensacola and established Cordova Injury Clinic in 2004.  He and Dr. Stern joined forces in 2011 and have been busy seeing patients at their new, modern office since then.

    Known for his warm, personalized care, Dr. Moulds enjoys helping all types of patients live less painfully and more productively.  He understands the terrible effect that an auto accident or pain in the neck, back, and legs can have on someone's life, and he takes special interest in helping those patients recover as quickly and completely as possible.

    Dr. Moulds and his wife have two children and are members of Hillcrest Baptist Church. Any spare time he can find is spent with his family and at the gym, where he continues a life-long commitment to exercise, fitness, and health.

  • Jason Stern

    Dr. Jason Stern has been helping patients out of pain and back to life since 2005. He is committed to his patient's wellbeing by promoting chiropractic healthcare. Dr. Stern uses a 'whole body approach', meaning he looks for underlying causes of his patient's pain. Musculoskeletal pain, sometimes easily recognizable and sometimes not musculoskeletal pain has many origins. When it comes to the vertebral column the bones and joints of the spine can become stuck or fixated. Their normal motion may become limited or reduced, causing swelling and pain. The supporting soft tissue structures of the spine; muscles, ligaments, and tendons, can become swollen, irritated, and fibrotic. This can all have a negative effect on spinal nerves causing pinched nerve symptoms. The same can happen to the joints and supporting soft tissue of the extremities. Mechanical disturbances in regions of non-pain can cause referred pain to other regions. Therefore, finding the cause and not just treating the symptoms is Dr. Stern's purpose when he treats his patients. Dr. Stern has many treatment options to help relieve your pain. Dr. Stern and his compassionate skilled staff may treat you with any of the following treatments; Chiropractic Adjustments, Massage Therapy, Manual Muscle Therapy, Laser (anti-inflammatory) Therapy, Electro-Stimulation Therapy, Ultrasound Therapy, and Exercise Therapy. Dr. Stern helps to educate his patient's on home exercises to help their condition improve. He will discuss and help you modify activities that may be aggravating your condition. Ergonomics is one of Dr. Stern's main focuses. Ergonomics is the science of designing tasks to fit the human frame and capabilities. He will advise you on lifestyle adjustments helping optimize activities to restore you back to normal function. Dr. Stern is a Florida licensed Chiropractic Physician. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, and the Florida Chiropractic Association. A native of New York, Dr. Stern completed his Bachelors of Science degree in the Environmental and Biological Sciences at the State University of New York, University at Buffalo. He then went on to his graduate studies in Environmental and Occupational Health at the City University of New York, Hunter College. He then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Stern has much experience with many chiropractic techniques. His treatment of patients includes the use of many physical therapy techniques and physical medicine modalities. This includes the use of Spinal Decompression Therapy and Low Light Laser Therapy (Cold Laser Therapy) the latest technologies in spinal rehabilitation.  Dr. Stern also uses Active Release Technique a method of specialized treatment for muscle and tendon injuries. Active Release Technique gets rapid results for Trigger Points, muscle spasms, neck cramps, pain between the shoulder blades, low back pain, strain/sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome, elbow/shoulder tendonitis, and other muscle and joint injuries. Dr. Stern is also certified in Permanent Impairment Ratings using the A.M.A. guides. Dr. Stern has dedicated much time and effort in educating the community about leading a healthier lifestyle. He has participated in many community projects and organizations and continues to develop new programs on a wide range of health related subjects.
